We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us first at EntityStores@outlook.com before sending any items back. We'll review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at EntityStores@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your existing item (once accepted) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU Customers Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Refunds Once we've reviewed your return request, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at EntityStores@outlook.com.
